Why don't you start kickboxing, which is effective for your health and appearance, in a fun way?
You can choose from three classes to suit your purpose and level: Kickboxing, which is safe and injury-free for even complete beginners and highly effective for weight loss; Beat Kick, a popular dark kickboxing class; and Mitt Class, where you can practice mitts with the instructor.
The classes are limited to a maximum of 8 students, so you can receive high-quality training that is similar to semi-personal training.
Each lesson is a DROP ARAHA original program developed to maximize results in 35 minutes. Let's aim to improve your health and shape up efficiently in a short period of time.

Kick Boxercise
This class combines muscle training and boxercise in a fun way set to the music. The instructor will guide you carefully, so even complete beginners can safely and injury-free exercise with high diet effect.
Recommended for those who are not good at exercising and those who want to move their bodies without strain.

Beat Kick
Kickboxing in the dark which is a hot topic. This class combines muscle training and boxercise to music, but is a little more intense than the kickboxing class.
This class is recommended for those who want to train muscles and burn fat more efficiently.

Mitt Class
The main focus of this class is mitts with the trainer. After practicing basic forms of kickboxing such as punching and kicking, students will do circuit training of mitts with the trainer, free mitts, and muscle training. All mitts are held by the instructor, so you can concentrate only on moving your body and burning fat efficiently.
Recommended for those who want to learn basic kickboxing movements and for those who want to further enhance their weight loss effect in combination with kickboxing.
We will slowly and carefully take a variety of poses while breathing deeply.
During the 50-minute lesson, we warm up with light poses, then gradually move into more active poses, and finally cool down slowly.
The poses range from relaxing poses to more intense poses that require muscle strength, but the effectiveness of yoga depends on how this sequence is put together.
At DROP ARAHA, we offer classes of varying intensity. The sequence is tailored to each student's individual goals and physical fitness level, leading to increased muscle strength and metabolism without strain.

Power Yoga for Tightening
Not to lose weight, but to tighten up!
This class is based on Sun Salutations and includes dynamic poses in accordance with the breath to refresh the body and mind. It also includes muscle training elements, so it is recommended for those who want to improve their muscle strength and lose weight.

老廃物の排出を促しより美しい身体へ。
座りポーズから徐々に立ちポーズへと進みます。
お腹や腰回りをねじったり、股関節などを伸ばしながら全身の巡りを良くし、デトックスへと導いていくクラス。冷えや浮腫、便秘が気になる方にオススメです。

一つ一つのポーズを呼吸に合わせながら丁寧にとっていきます。柔軟性に自信がない方もお気軽に参加できるクラス。肩周りや股関節周りもほぐれるので肩こりさんにもオススメです。

Why don't you join our body make-up class and try kickboxing plus muscle training for women?
Using bands and kettlebells, we will train your hips, arms, and back, as well as your entire body.
The maximum number of participants in a class is 6, so you can rest assured that the instructor will be watching you closely. Even those who do not normally do strength training can practice high quality training without injury.

This class is for kids from 4 to 12 years old.
Specialized instructors provide fun and enjoyable training that is optimized for the physical and mental growth of children of this age group. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students, with two instructors teaching at any given time, allowing for detailed attention to age and developmental needs.
For preschoolers, we offer a program to learn basic body usage such as gymnastics. Kids' classes are 50 minutes long, so they can get a good workout.

One-on-one instruction is available with each kickboxing and yoga instructor.
